I formed these to my shins while wearing flipflops, used the sleeve provided and the "wrap" material. If I had it to do over again I would have used my own wrap material to wrap them MUCH tighter, taken more time on each one, and worn my socks and cleats. I've worn them in one game and feel they are too wide. I'm 6'1 got the mediums, and they just dont conform like I would like.

80 year wannabe softball player using the guards to protect my shins & new knees by stacking one above the other. So far they work and are certainly light weight.

Great Fitted Shin Guards |

Duaghter swears by these moldable shin guards, lighter and stronger. She used set of name brand store-bought shins for one game and ended up with small bruises around edge of shin guards area, but using the moldable shins she has never had a problem - even with the most vicious kicks and hits. Evoshield shins are so good they should become the name brand eveyone wants.

Used to get hit on the shins all the time. Started using the PX3s about a year ago, and have not taken one ball off the shins since. Think that knowing I have the protection has raised my confidence level, and allowed me to stay down on balls that I would normally try to bail out on, thus not getting a glove on the ball, and taking it off the shins while trying to get out of the way.
