The EvoShield Composite Shields contain a special component inside the Shields that make it reactive to the air once the air-sealed foil packs are opened.

Once the shields are hardened, they cannot be re-formed, but we will be glad to ship replacement Shields to you for free under our Perfect Fit Guarantee! Just give us a call at (770)725-2724 and we’ll ship you replacements. Please have the size of the item for which you would like to have replacement Shields sent. You may be asked to email us a picture showing us where it did not form correctly.
- Can I buy new Shields without purchasing the shirt? Or the shirts without the Shields?

To reorder the EvoShield Shields, please call EvoShield Customer Service at (770)725-2724 to place your order. All EvoShield Compression shirts are assigned to a certain shield size so please know your shirt size before placing your order.

Before molding the Shields into its respective shirt size, wrist guard, or area of protection, lay the Shields flat on a solid surface to smooth out any bumps or ridges that may have occurred during the shipping process. Once formed, inspect the Shields to ensure that the Shields formed comfortably to the body. Minor folds or bumps may occur after the forming process due to the curvature of the formation – if it causes any discomfort, please call EvoShield Customer Service for your replacement Shield(s).
6. What are the key things to keep in mind during the forming process of my EvoShield Compression shirt and shields?
IMPORTANT: Try on the EvoShield Compression shirt before opening the foil packs to ensure the best fit and formation of the Shields. Also, please review the fitting videos on www.evoshield.com before forming your EvoShield.
During the forming process of the Shields, it is very important to keep the shirt on and avoid sitting or slouching until the Shields have completed formed. Once the Shields are fully formed to your body and have been worn for the recommended time stated in the fitting instructions, remove the Shields from the shirt and rest for a full two hours before using your EvoShield.
- Can the Shields be removed from the shirt?
Yes, we recommend removing the EvoShield Shields when taking off and putting on your EvoShield shirt; the EvoShield shirt is more flexible when the Shields are removed from the shirt pockets. We also recommend removing the Shields from the EvoShield shirt before washing.
- What is the return policy?
If you need to return or exchange an item for a different color or size, please fill out the return/exchange form located on the back of the packing slip included in your package.
*If product is defective, you were shipped the wrong item, or your custom-molding shields were formed incorrectly please contact customer service immediately at (770)725-2724 or email support@evoshield.com. You do not need to fill out the return/exchange form.

Returned items must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and materials. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility.
Returns are processed within 3-5 business days. We will notify you via email once the return or exchange has been processed.
- Does EvoShield offer a warranty?
EvoShield offers you a 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call EvoShield customer service at (770) 725-2724. Items may be returned in new, unused, and original condition within 30 days from the purchase date.
All merchandise is warrantied for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, but not against mishandling, normal wear and tear (especially in batting gloves), uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a product of the same type, color, and size.
*Batting gloves are not subject to the traditional warranty offered by EvoShield because of traditional wear and tear. Warranty coverage for the batting gloves is determined on an individual basis. Please contact Customer Service for further information.

- What are the washing instructions?
Compression Performance Shirt: Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not use bleach or softeners. Hang dry.
Shields/Sleeves: Hand wash in warm water with light detergent. Air dry.
- What are the hours of operation for EvoShield?
Monday – Friday 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. EST
All orders placed on Friday after 4:00 p.m. will not be processed until the following Monday.
EvoShield cannot guarantee Saturday deliveries of orders placed on our website. Our carrier requires a special request for any Saturday deliveries and you will experience a surcharge for the request.
