The Shield will still provide the protection you need. If the Shield is stiff or has slight folds when you remove it from the foil bag, simply smooth out the Shield before beginning the molding process. The Shield will not harden immediately, giving you the time to correct any such bumps before you begin the custom-molding process. [Return to top]
IMPORTANT: Try on your EvoShield Compression Shirt before opening the foil bags to ensure a comfortable compression fit. This compression fit is necessary to allow the best fit and proper formation of the Shields. While forming your Shields, avoid sitting or slouching. Once the recommended “Wear It.” time stated in the fitting instructions has passed and your Shields are fully formed, you may remove the Shields from the shirt. Yes, we recommend removing your Shields when taking off and putting on your EvoShield Compression Shirt. We also recommend removing the Shields from your EvoShield Compression Shirt before washing. [Return to top]
Please follow all washing instructions. Make sure all elastic straps on your EvoShield are fastened after use. Store in moderate temperatures and do not stack heavy items on top of your Shields. [Return to top]
Compression Performance Shirt: Machine wash cold with like colors. Do not use bleach or softeners. Hang dry for best results. Shields: Hand wash in warm water with light detergent. Air dry. Please do not put your Shields in the washing machine or dryer. [Return to top]

For Returns & Exchanges: EvoShield Customer Service guarantees a Full Exchange and Return Policy for all EvoShield Customers. All allowed returns must fall within the EvoShield Warranty Period of 1 year.
Please call EvoShield Customer Service at (770) 725-2724 to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) number and return instructions. Please have your proof of purchase ready when placing your call (Proof of Purchase includes any Packing Slips, Invoices, or documented paperwork from EvoShield included with your order). All returns and exchanges should be received within 7 business days of receiving your RMA number. Please do not return or exchange your EvoShield until you have been issued a RMA number from EvoShield Customer Service.
