What is your return policy?

We offer you a 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases from www.EvoShield.com. Items must be returned in new, unused and original condition within 30 days from the purchase date. If your item is used, but it seems to be defective, please see our Warranty.

How do I return my product?

If you need to return or exchange an item for a different size/color or for a refund, you can use the return/exchange form located on the back of the packing slip included with your order. If you've misplaced that form, we have placed a link below to print a new Return Form. Please ship all returned orders via a method that offers tracking and insurance. EvoShield will cover the cost to send a new product back to you.

How long will it take to get my replacement?

We generally process and ship all exchanges within 3-5 business days from when we receive the items. So, from the time you ship it to us, expect the process to take about 2 weeks. We’ll shoot you email updates along the way to let you know when the exchange has been processed.

What if I need my return right away or I want to keep my original?

We know you need your EvoShield protective gear every time you step on the field! If you need a different size right away, please call us and we will help you to place a new order right away and then assist you to return your current order for a full refund.

I ordered a Customized product. Can I still return it or exchange it?

If you order a product and request it to be Customized with your number on it, we will not be able to accept it back as a return/exchange since it has been personalized. If your customized product is defective, we will gladly replace the defective product with an identical customized item. Please give us a call and we will try our best to help you!

I didn't buy it from www.EvoShield.com, can I still return it to you?

If you ordered it from one of our retailers and want to exchange it or return it for a refund, we recommend contacting the store you purchased it from first, since they will have your billing and ordering information on record. If you are still having issues after contacting the retailer, please contact us and we’ll see how we can help out. As always, if the product is defective, or you had issues while forming it, contact us and we’ll help directly!

Shipping

When will I receive my order?

As soon as we receive your order, we hustle to pack and ship it. Most orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Athens, GA within 1-2 business days after you place it. For your convenience, we offer several shipping options. From the day they're shipped, Standard Shipping arrives to your door in 3-7 business days, and Elite Shipping arrives to you in 2-5 business days. Both of these options are sent via the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.). We also offer same-day shipping on all UPS Next Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air orders that are placed before 2 pm EST. If an order is received after 2 pm EST, it will be shipped the following morning with the highest priority! Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

I need my order ASAP for a game. How soon can I get it?

If you place the order before 2 pm EST, we can have it to your door by 10:30 tomorrow via UPS Next Day Air! If you are placing your order after 2 pm EST, we will ship it tomorrow and you will receive it the following morning. Prefer 2nd Day Air delivery? Just add one additional day. Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays!

Ex 1: Order is placed Wednesday evening at 11 pm EST for Next Day Air. EvoShield will ship it Thursday morning and you will receive it Friday by 10:30

Ex: 2 Order is placed Wednesday evening at 11 pm EST for 2nd Day Air. EvoShield will ship it Thursday morning and you will receive it Monday morning by 10:30 (because Saturday is not considered a delivery day by UPS).

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently only ship to the United States and Canada, although many of our retailers can ship our products internationally. If you are not located in the United States or Canada, please check out the following links or contact EvoShield Customer Support for assistance:

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order at either www.USPS.com, or if you selected Next Day or 2nd Day Air, at www.UPS.com. Please note that all orders sent to Canada will route through Miami, Florida and tracking will no longer be updated once it crosses into Canada.

If you can’t locate your tracking number, please just contact EvoShield support and we’ll send it you!

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Sure. If you let us know about a change to your order, we will do our best to edit your order before it’s shipped, or we'll find another solution that's convenient for you. We usually process orders very quickly, so your order might ship before we're able to cancel it, but contact us and we'll let you know the next step in getting the products that you need!

Back Orders

We make every effort to display accurate inventory and only list in-stock items for sale. If a product is listed online, that generally means it is in-stock for immediate shipment. Occasionally, though, we do have items that become backordered. If we are out of stock on an item you ordered, we will contact you within 1 business day to let you know about the issue, and together, we'll come up with a plan to get you the product (or an alternate item) as soon as possible.

Warranty

My product is defective. Do you offer a Warranty?

Yes, we stand behind our products 100% and we don’t want you to have any EvoShield product you are not satisfied with. Our products are warrantied for 1 year against defects in material and worksmanship, but not again mishandling, normal wear and tear (especially in Batting Gloves), uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Please note our special policies on Wood Bats and Batting Gloves below. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a product of the same type, color and size, if available. What is your warranty on Batting Gloves?

EvoShield’s Pro-Style Protective Batting Gloves are also warrantied against defects in material and worksmanship, but not again mishandling, normal wear and tear, uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Batting gloves, by their very nature, are subject to harsh conditions and wear-and-tear. Normal wear and tear will be judged by the time of ownership of the batting gloves, as well as the amount of scuffing in the leather. If batting gloves are found to be defective, they will be replaced with a product of the same color and size. As soon as you perceive your product to be defective, please keep the batting gloves and contact us!

Will You Really Replace it?

Yep, we really do. And we’ll do our best to make it as easy as possible for you to get free replacement shields as quickly as possible. We don’t want you to be worried or disappointed—we want you to be protected!

How do I get a Replacement Shield?

If your Shields don’t mold comfortably or there is ANY issue during the forming process, please contact EvoShield Customer Support via phone or email. We’ll be able to send you a new shield and also we'll give you some tips to make sure it forms perfectly the next time. We’ll either ask you to email us pictures of the defective Shield and receipt so we can see what went wrong and verify purchase, or we may ask you to mail the product back to us so that we can continue to improve every EvoShield product.

Why is it more protective?

Traditional foams and plastics absorb. We DISPERSE. EvoShield’s Dispersion Technology allows the impact to be spread across multiple layers (7) over a greater surface area minimizing the felt force at the point of impact.

How does it mold to me?

All custom molding Gel-to-Shell shields will come in an air-tight foil package. At this point, they will be soft and flexible. Once you open the foil package, the custom molding process begins! The shields are made of a 7-layer composite material that is similar to casting material. Once it is exposed to the open air, the moisture in the air starts to harden the shields. After about 30 minutes, this hardening process will be complete, and the shields will permanently be in the shape you formed them in.

How long will it take?

All Gel-to-Shell Shields will finish the molding process in about 30 minutes.

Washing and Care

How do I wash my shield?

We don’t recommend that you wash your shield in the same way you would wash other items of clothing. If your shield is an insert into a piece of clothing (shirt or compression shorts), wash the component piece, and do not wash the shield. If you want to freshen up your shield, we recommend lightly spraying it with a freshener like Febreze.

Sunglasses Disclaimer

What do I need to know?

EvoShield Shield Series are not suitable for direct observation of the sun. Although they are virtually unbreakable glasses, NXT or Polycarbonate cannot be defined as safety glasses, and they should in no way be regarded as a shield against the risk of accidents. Shield Series Sunglasses meet ANSI z80.3 standards.

Is there a Warranty?

Yes, we stand behind our products 100% and we don't want you to have any EvoShield product you are not satisfied with. Our Sunglasses are warrantied for 1 year against defects in materials and worksmanship, but not against mishandling, normal wear and tear, uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the sunglasses (such as scratches). Why would my credit card be declined?

Sorry that you’re having a hassle trying to place your order! The most common reason a credit card is declined is because the billing address that is entered does not match the address the credit card company has on file. Double-check to make sure you haven’t entered an old address or with a typo. If the address is correct credit card still does not work, please check your credit card balance and contact us and we’ll work with you to quickly get your order placed.

Pending charges?

When you place an order on EvoShield.com, our computer software checks your account to make sure you have the funds to pay for your order. This shows up as a pending charge (no funds have actually been removed from your account at this time). If your card is accepted, this pending charge will turn into a captured payment at the time the order is shipped. If your card is declined, this pending payment will go away within a few business days.

Why are your shirts a compression fit?

Our Perfect Fit Guarantee says that our shields will mold to the contours of each athlete’s body. In order to get the shields to mold to your exact shape, the shirt must be a compression fit to hug the shields into your body. This also allows for the most mobility possible, as the ¼ inch shields become part of your body, and not something you have to lug around as you play.

What if it doesn't fit?

If you purchase an EvoShield product that has a compression piece to insert the shields into, and it doesn’t fit snug, just give us a call and we can recommend the correct size for you, and help get you the correct size ASAP!

Purchasing Replacements and Components

Can I buy just a Shield or just a shirt?

Yes, in many cases, individual components of our products are available for sale. Some of the shields, however, are specifically designed for a certain type or size of shirt, so we ask that you'd give us a quick call and order over the phone so that we make sure you get the right one and stay protected.

What if I need to buy another shirt?

People often buy an extra compression shirt or two so they don’t have to do laundry every night after practice! Some items are available as only the shirt (without the protective shield) like our Chest and Back Shirt and Rib Shirt. If the product you are looking for is not listed on line, give us a call and we'll do our best to help you out!

Custom Needs

Do you make custom needs products on an individual basis?

Yes. We work specifically with each individual to provide a custom tailored solution that is suitable for their needs.

How does the process work?

Please contact Custom Needs via email: custom@evoshield.com and you will then be sent a form with basic information and measurements. Once the form is completed and returned, several solutions will be presented to you. Once you have picked an option, we can begin the process of creating your shirt.

Your standard shirts do not come in a small enough size for my child, can you make me one?

The ability to create custom shirts smaller then our standard shirts is on a case by case basis and will depend on the size of your child. Please email custom@evoshield.com for more information.

Do you create custom shaped shields?

No. Our Custom Needs department uses pre-existing shield shapes and sizes in the EvoShield arsenal . We will work with you to place these shields as needed to protect your custom needs and concerns. Most of our custom protection is made for the "trunk" of the body (chest, torso, back, ribs, waist, etc), but if you have another custom need that is not protected by a shirt, don't hesitate to ask! If we feel that we can complete the request we will let you know immediately!

How long will it take to get my custom protection?

Our standard turn around time is two (2) weeks to produce a custom shirt, plus the shipping time.

How much to Custom Needs shirts cost?

Every custom shirt is $150.00 plus the cost of shipping; please contact custom@evoshield.com if you have additional questions.

Does Custom Needs accept insurance to pay for my shirt?

No, unfortunately, we cannot accept insurance as a form of payment.
