EvoShield Return Process 1) Please see our Warranty and Return Policy below to find out what exchange/return options are available to you. 2) We have made some arrangements with a number of authorized retail stores to accept returns directly. For quickest, easiest service in returning EvoShield products, we recommend you check with your place of purchase. If the retailer is unable to assist you, please do not hesitate to contact EvoShield directly and we will do everything we can to help. 3) Contact EvoShield Customer Service at 770-725-2724 or support@evoshield.com for your Return Authorization number. Please have your order history ready when you call and let us know what items would like to return/exchange for. 4) Items may be returned to: EvoShield Attn: RA #____ 300 Commerce Blvd Bogart, GA 30622 Please make sure the Return Authorization number is marked on the outside of the package and include all original packaging, order # and materials, as well as any mis-formed shields. Items must be received within 30 days of issuing of Return Authorization number. Please include a phone number and email address. 5) EvoShield will contact you when we receive the items to let you know that replacement items are being sent or your credit is being issued. This process normally takes about 3-5 from when we receive the return.
Warranty/Exchange Policy “Perfect-Fit Guarantee” -- Our signature custom-molding protective gear is designed to mold exactly to every athlete's body for superior comfort and protection. If you have any difficulty molding our shields, we will be glad to assist you in getting replacement shields and offering helpful tips on the fitting process. Please keep the hardened shields as they will need to be returned. Hardened shields may be exchanged for the same item, but not refunded. EvoShield offers you a 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases from our website. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, simply call EvoShield Customer Service at 770-725-2724. Items may be returned in NEW, UNUSED AND ORIGINAL condition within 30 days from the purchase date in their original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEMS, PLEASE CONTACT EVOSHIELD CUSTOMER SERVICE (770-725-2724) FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. SEE OUR RETURN PROCESS ABOVE. Items returned must have the Return Authorization number marked on the outside of the package and be accompanied by the original packaging and materials. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the items returned. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Custom/personalized orders and limited edition items are not returnable. All merchandise is warrantied for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, but not against mishandling, uncommon abuse or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a product of the same type, color and size. Return shipping charges are your responsibility. We recommend that you insure the item when shipping. Expedited shipping on replacements is available at additional cost, however EvoShield cannot be responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers.
International Returns International customers are responsible for any additional duty, taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
Tax EvoShield collects sales tax in the state of Georgia. Although we may not be required to collect your state's sales tax, this purchase is subject to state sales tax unless it is specifically exempt from taxation. The purchase is not necessarily exempt from taxation because it was made online.. Your state may require you to report and pay tax on your order. Consult your state's department of revenue with any questions.
