If you have any difficulty molding our shields or the shields are formed incorrectly, we will be glad to send you replacements free of charge!

EvoShield offers you a 100% money-back guarantee on all purchases from our website. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply call EvoShield Customer Service at (770) 725-2724. Items may be returned in new, unused, and original condition within 30 days from the purchase date.

All merchandise is warrantied for 1 year against defects in material and workmanship, but not against mishandling, normal wear and tear (especially in batting gloves), uncommon abuse, or superficial damage to the appearance of the product. Defective merchandise will be replaced with a product of the same type, color, and size.

*For misformed elbow guards, leg guards, or defective products, you may be asked to send a picture to support@evoshield.com so that we can verify the defect or guard being formed incorrectly before sending out a replacement.
 

Return/Exchange Policy

If you need to return or exchange an item for a different color or size, please fill out the return/exchange form located on the back of the packing slip included in your package.

You do not need to fill out the return/exchange form if your product is defective, you have received the wrong item, or your custom-molding shields were formed incorrectly. Instead, please contact EvoShield Customer Service immediately at (770) 725-2724 or email support@evoshield.com so that we can assist you right away!

Returned items must be in new and unused condition and must contain all original packaging and materials. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on customized items (wrist guards with personalized number printed on it... etc).

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days once received by EvoShield. We will notify you via email once the return or exchange has been processed.
