Schedule at least 30 minutes to complete the fitting process, and do not open the foil pack for your Gel-to-Shell shield until you are ready to begin. When ready to fit your Chest Guard Sleeveless shirt, follow these steps.

Fitting the Chest Guard Sleeveless Shirt

1. Put on your chest guard shirt. You will mold the protective shield while wearing the shirt.

2. Rip it. Open the foil pack and remove your chest guard shield. Gel-to-Shell Technology is air-activated. It will be flexible right out of the package before gradually hardening into a custom-fitting shield.
3. Fit it.  Insert the shield into the integrated shirt pocket.

4. Smooth out your chest guard shield. Form the shield to your natural body shape.

5. Allow the guard to harden for 30 minutes. For a true custom fit, remain standing and limit your movement.
6. Wear it. After at least 30 minutes, your Chest Guard Sleeveless Shirt is ready for action. For best results, allow the protective Gel-to-Shell shield to sit and cure overnight before first use after fitting.
